Hi, I'm Milosh, the founder of Handstitch. For more than a decade I worked in software sales, helping e-commerce brands grow. I built the career I once thought I wanted — but deep down I always knew I wanted to create something of my own. I just hadn't found the right craft yet.
That changed the day my wife surprised me with a handmade leather wallet. I couldn't stop looking at it — the smell of the leather, the texture, the fact that someone had made it entirely by hand. That same evening I watched my first leathercraft video. A few months later I ordered my first tools and my first pieces of leather, never imagining that one wallet would completely change the direction of my life.
What started as curiosity quickly became an obsession. Every project taught me something new; every mistake made me better. I spent countless hours learning, experimenting and refining my craft until I was creating pieces I was proud to put my name on.
Today Handstitch is exactly what I wanted it to be from the very beginning — a small workshop run by just two people: my wife and me, working from the same small apartment where it all began. Every piece is handcrafted from carefully selected high-quality leather, stitched entirely by hand and built to age beautifully over time. No shortcuts, no mass production — just honest craftsmanship.
