At Handstitch, we use authentic Rocado Shell Cordovan and source every hide specifically for its future owner. Due to its rarity, we do not keep Shell Cordovan in stock — each piece is carefully selected and ordered specifically for your creation.
Your piece
Every Shell Cordovan piece starts with your choices.
For wallets, the outer structure is crafted from Shell Cordovan, while the interior can be personalized using premium leathers such as Pueblo, Dublin, or a combination of both. For card holders and other products, the Shell Cordovan construction depends on the specific design and possibilities of the piece.
The result is a piece that combines one of the world's finest leathers with your personal preferences.
The process
Send us a message on Instagram and tell us what Shell Cordovan piece you have in mind. Because these are rare materials and high-value pieces, we focus on serious inquiries from people who appreciate the craftsmanship behind them.
We will discuss your preferred model and send you the available Shell Cordovan options from our supplier. You choose the colour, leather combination, and details that make the piece yours.
Once everything is finalized, a €100 deposit is required to secure your leather. The deposit is deducted from the final price of your piece.
We order your Shell Cordovan leather specifically for you. Leather arrival takes approximately two weeks, followed by production and shipping. Shell Cordovan clients skip our regular waiting list and move directly into production once the leather arrives.
